Sean has featured in numerous media including So Good Magazine, Issue 31, Conde Nast Traveller, Global Gourmet, Time Out and GQ Magazine. He has also been featured in Valrhona Chocolate's sustainable chocolate series, live steams and been included in charity cookbooks. In 2021, 2022 and 2023 Sean has won "Outstanding Afternoon of the Year" at 'That's Food and Drinks Awards (Greater Bay Area including Macau and Hong Kong).

Across his career, Sean has received multiple awards including the National Champion in the UIBC Youth Cup World Pastry Championship, Vice National Champion in the 42nd World Skills International Competition and 2nd Place in Gateaux Cup‘s professional chocolate bonbons category.
